Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Items returned after the 7-day return period
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A full refund
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
